Sugg is searching for a qualified Asphalt Foreman to lead a road team to build better roads from the ground up. This is a position that requires a leader with a positive attitude, good communication, has extensive experience operating machinery, can accurately read plans, and is willing to provide training and guidance to fellow team members.
The Asphalt Foreman at Sugg also works closely with ownership, office team, dispatch, hauling partners, material providers, inspectors, and engineers in order to facilitate timely completion of projects to Sugg's highest of quality standards.

*Having a current CDL is a plus

Sugg highly recruits licensed, experienced CDL Drivers for the mobilization team and material hauling team. Sugg is looking for team members that hold road safety in the highest of importance.
A mobilization team member requires lowboy hauling experience and the ability to load and safety transport heavy equipment to job sites.
A materials hauling team member requires dump truck transport experience and also values safety and is a good reflection of Sugg while on the road.

This role consists of tasks that provide opportunity to learn and master numerous skills that provide paths to advancement in construction jobs.
Duties can include shoveling, laying pipe, flagging, heavy lifting, landscaping, light maintenance and learning to operate equipment.
